Dr is good but office staff is terrible the dr prescribed a prescription but it needs authorization and the staff refuse to do been waiting a week now for the authorization for the prescription gonna change drs all do to the staff
Absolutely the best doctor in this area. I truly believe this man saved my dad's life. He was incredibly empathetic and really took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything in terms we were able to understand. Thank you Dr Patel for your expertise during our rough time.
Horrible experience, office staff is arrogant. called questioning the reason for an appointment, was put on hold for 7 minutes then given wrong information. when I questioned her response and the hold time she hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold by another office staff member. This happened several times I called back and reached the misinformed, arrogant office staff who refused to give me her name she then put me on hold again.
