Poor service, Billing, When they did get the bill correct and I went to pick up my glasses the lady was rude. I ask for a hard case and was told that is what you get!( A soft case) Put a comment on the Face book page and it was removed! Think I will stay with eye mart, at least they will give you the case you want, Let's see if this review is removed.

Ordered my glasses at the Eubank office today with Jason and he was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Even helped me with my old glasses. Had my exam Sat at the Nob Hill office and a very nice employee helped me find glasses but then she let me know there was more choices at the other office.
Credit where credit is due, actually dealing with a doctor is fine. The rest of the office staff is rife with poor communication and incorrect billing. Every time I have been there it is very busy and slow to be seen. The renovations at the Eubank office don't help as they are closed on Saturdays and have a poor selection. Calling the office can be a crapshoot, as at least the forwarding to the optician line is never actually picked up.
