Tengo 5 meses que no arreglan mi ba�o en la regadera las paredes y la cer�mica se est�n callando. Moving into Crescent Ridge Apts. Irwin has been amazing, helping me (us) every step of the way. The entire application process was difficult for me due to old school & nonfunctional with computers. he is very patient, kind, understanding, & a happy guy. I recommend him. The rest of the office is the same, courteous as he is. Thank you for everything.
Absolutely amazing place I've lived here for a few months and they've always been able to work with me when it comes to rent payment and any problems in my apartment they take time every now and then but as someone who has seen there work I find it's okay they take their time with it to make sure you get the best quality with you apartment tessa has been absolutely wonderful as well and has always answered on time and had been able to work with me whenever I need the help or assistance with rent 10/10
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have spent hundreds of dollars on pest control. My outlets had given out on me put in a work order never once did I get maintenance to come fix it Again money out of my pocket to get them fixed. I’m at the point where I can’t even have company at my own place due to pest infestation it’s embarrassing and disgusting they are coming out of my sinks and vents! I do not recommend this place at all mind you I have small kids in here with a huge infestation!
Moved here 6months ago it’s been good, maintenance request are always fulfilled and done in a timely matter.
