Absolutely amazing place I've lived here for a few months and they've always been able to work with me when it comes to rent payment and any problems in my apartment they take time every now and then but as someone who has seen there work I find it's okay they take their time with it to make sure you get the best quality with you apartment tessa has been absolutely wonderful as well and has always answered on time and had been able to work with me whenever I need the help or assistance with rent 10/10
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have spent hundreds of dollars on pest control. My outlets had given out on me put in a work order never once did I get maintenance to come fix it Again money out of my pocket to get them fixed. I’m at the point where I can’t even have company at my own place due to pest infestation it’s embarrassing and disgusting they are coming out of my sinks and vents! I do not recommend this place at all mind you I have small kids in here with a huge infestation!
Moved here 6months ago it’s been good, maintenance request are always fulfilled and done in a timely matter.
You have to wait weeks or months for task to be completed because management is terrible. Employee will tell you that maintenance will be sent out, but they don't come out to fix things. If you truly have an emergency even in those cases, you have to wait for the ticket to be processed! They will persuade you to move in with an unfixed item and gently assure the client that it will be fixed after you move in.
