Bed bugs. Had then for 2 months (definitely came from a neighbor) before they charged us for a treatment. Been a few months now and just noticed new bites. Haven't traveled anywhere, havent gotten new furniture, ect. The "Emergency" maitnence request i submitted (which is the only way to contact Rhino Realty with emergency maitnence problems) would not allow me to schedule on the weekend. if i could give yall 1 star i would. it’s so ridiculously hot outside and yall don’t open the pool?!?! trash management. this place completes work order tickets when they have NOT been completed or even looked at. our AC has been down for a month and half in THE SUMMER!!! literally a thousand degrees outside and they can’t send someone to fix the AC? that’s bad management, terrible vendor experiences. highly DO NOT recommend moving here. there is no number to contact for anything and never anyone in a “leasing office”. be be... read more
Ive lived here for almost 4 months now and I gotta tell you.. worst rental experience of My life. The property is nice although the pool never opened as they said it would. My main issue is my upstairs neighbors they bang, drop stuff and stomp at all hours of the night. I've went up and spoke to them but nothing happened with that. I've put in about 4 complaints with management with video time stamped and they could careless.. told me it wasn't excessive. We'll there not the ones being kept up all night by these crackheads! ... read more

My catalyst was stolen from my car. My husbands vehicle was also stolen. Rhino realty didn’t care. You can hear foot steps of the people above. Pool never worked.
