I had a strange reaction to the first infusion and I informed them and they said it was normal and I would be okay but then when they did the second infusion anyway they put me into serotonin syndrome and then completely abandoned me. I was sick for a month with no help from them. Then when I complained about them to the insurance company they sent me a letter saying that I could no longer seek help with them as if I would after they almost killed me. Avoid this place like the plague.
I have only been a patient here for 2 months but I am so excited to be working with Kathryn and her team! Loriann (the nurse) has been nothing short of amazing! She has gone above and beyond to help me navigate a few things, never losing her patience or making me feel like an inconvenience. To go somewhere new and be met with such kindness is so reassuring!
Friendly and knowledge staff! I greatly recommend their services, such a great experience!
