If you buy sandia products be lucky if you have a problem. I dropped my sandia on Friday April 4th 2025 and it’s already thursday April 10th and they still don’t have an answer to say what was the problem in that machine. PS: I just use this machine ONCE and psi went down 0 and never went up again. Calling every day to check it out but people on customer service think they are doing me a favor. Poor customer service.
The sandia hot water extraction machines are complete garbage. The heater completely failed after 6 weeks of use. $2300 down the drain. The manufacturer refused to replace it. Shady business with horrible products. Avoid purchasing items from Sandia.
They are full of lies they will give you the run around . Cesar Romero is a lier piece of you know what do not buy
Extremely rude and unprofessional management. They decline to provide and service and even information. The rudest staff ever.
