I had first consult visit. First impression good. I return tomorrow for back pain treatment. Hoping. Praying for relief at last when no one else cared.
Was very disappointed with Dr Jennifer Lorgan, not professional at all, consistency is lacking. Bedside manner was horrible, rude with bad attitude, very confused with visits..she obviously doesn't read charts. Time to find someone else that actually provides adequate care. Still pained
I've been coming here for the last few months, the place is very welcoming and warm. The staff are kind, compassionate, empathetic/sympathetic, and have treated me very well. It's been a life changer so far getting tests and medicinal aid where I thought I'd originally only be stuck in pain with endless questions. I would very much recommend Sandia Pain Center, since they are people oriented with professionalism and genuine care intertwined.
If you have any back or knee pain then I highly reccomend this place, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Bergsten is Great!
