Kristy has always been a great help for me. Now she is helping me and my wife. My wife was very nervous about going and was not sure that she needed hearing aids. But Kristy made her feel very comfortable and she showed her how bad her hearing really was. She now has hearing aids and is very glad that Kristy helped her. Kristy has a wonderful personality and knows what she doing. I would recommend her to anyone,that has hearing problems.
Wow, what a difference a hearing aid makes! I couldn’t be happier with the care and focus of the staff at Sandia Hearing Aids! They really took the time to properly diagnose and fit me. Kristy, Melissa seemed to really go the extra mile, they also called and followed up after the fact. I don’t just ignore conversation, but now I can hear and can get engaged! Kind and friendly
I went in to check my hearing aids, because I got them wet, and had ringing in my ears. It was explained to me that they are waterproof, and the ringing just meant they needed to recalibrated. I hope thats the correct word. They’re so nice, and caring and very good at their job.
Friendly, very professional, great customer service.
