Worst place ever to repair your vehicle. They took 5 weeks to fix my car and we went to pick it up. Things were still not fixed correctly. They never communicated with the insurance company paying to repair the vehicle and we had to pay for 3 days extra for a rental car. There a 2 ladies that work one is receptionist the other I believe is a relative of the owner was rude a few times. Never ever will we go there again or recommend this place to anyone.
RecommendedWhen my door needed to be replaced, Sandi Collision was recommended to us and it was a great experience. They called me after my insurance Company contacted them. I went up on Friday afternoon for them to take photos and see what needed to be done. They set an appointment for me to drop the truck off Monday morning. Took my car in for hail damage, The car came out good but forgot to plug my tail lights back in.
Bryan did a quick, yet thorough estimate of the damage some jerk did during a hit and run. Thanks for fitting me in and getting the walk through done super quickly!
Worst workmanship and worst customer service. Owner Dave actually told me "Fuck you fucking bitch".. they put the wrong bumper on my car and refuse to fix it. The bumper they put on actually covers up my fog lights... Worst experience EVER..
After I got my car back, it turns out that they did not screw in the splash shields correctly. This caused them to tear while driving. Overheard one of them ask the other why he did that, but they refused to acknowledge it was their fault and offered to do it if I bought the parts. They probably would have charged me for that too. They also blamed us and said it was already like that. We've had the car for years and this never happened to it.
Horrible place They neglected to repair damage to my a/c when it was damaged by a tire on freeway ran over by car in front of me which then hit me head on and damaged my vehicle. Informed them a/c still wasn't working after being in their care and "everything was fixed" and they of course had already been paid out and refused to be held responsible for damage. Now I am a/c less and supposed to pay for it out of pocket due to their neglect. Really shady place Never take your vehicle to this place
They called my husband and texted me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. I returned the rental provided by State Farm and had Hertz drop me off to get my car. They informed me that it wasn't, in fact, ready. I was stranded without transportation and they didn't even offer me a ride back to work. Super lame customer service.
Sandia collisions is a piece of shit shop. Will never take my trucks to them again. CarCrafters is a much better shop!
