My niece got an apt there and never spent one night in her apt. Her apt had black mold, scorpions, roaches, wires hanging out of holes in the walls, and was filthy when she finally got to see the place. Her place was robbed. These people are SLUMLORDS. It just ended up costing her a load of money to get out of the lease. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!
100% SLUMLORDS!!!! This place is infested with roaches and mice and the swimming pool is an eyesoar. Brian is a heartless waste of human flesh and don't fix or maintain anything unless the city or fire dept makes him. He will charge u excessive late charges and lie straight to ur face and I can't wait until karma catches up to him although u can tell how miserable he is and if u ever met or meet his wife u will see why.
