My grandparents took their dogs here, my parents took our dogs here, we take are dogs here... they care and know what they're doing. Not an emergency pet hospital, so don't expect one, but a top-notch veterinary clinic for sure. For pet emergencies go to the VCA emergency center on Montgomery and Carlisle because that's what they do, but for your pet's general and non-emergency care Sandia Animal Clinic is the best.
If you want your pet to live avoid this place at all cost! My puppy was severely sick having a major seizure (we later came to find out thanks to VCA) and was throwing up everywhere. At 5:45 my mother went into this establishment crying her eyes out begging for help and the lady refused to help us! Saying that they closed in 5 minutes. REALLY WHAT KIND OF PERSON DOES THAT! I am DISGUSTED at the way we were treated and will never refer them to ANYONE!
