Dr Nagata in truly incredible! She really cares about her patients and takes the time to give amazing recommendations and ask questions to find out the problem and fix it. She makes her patients feel heard and listened to and is so passionate about what she does and wanting everyone to leave her office feeling better than they did. Truly blessed to have found a doctor like her and won't see anyone else! Also, her receptionist/front desk staff are SO sweet and kind. Makes you feel so comfortable being there!
This is a duplicate review for Dr. Nagata specifically since the other is on the office reviews. I just saw the bad review here and wanted to share my experience. Doctor Nagata and team have been great. Update June 2024: Dr. Nagata and team followed up on surgery with excellent care. I had some lingering pain as she expected but we got it figured out without expensive insoles or other expensive methods. I started wherein house shoes and it's all better! 100% recommend! Hard to schedule appointments, also Dr Nagata has terrible to non-existent patient follow up. We requested clarification for what a letter meant about limited sports participation for school activities and the receptionist said they would get back to us. Called repeatedly requesting clarification of a physical fitness participation letter for school. They have logs of calls in the patient report. They never did call us back. Very unprofessional.
