The office staff is horrible!! The forget to put in referrals, never return calls, and have attitude problems.
Dr. Nagubadi is fantastic but the office personal is terrible, her nurse is great but I'm sorry to say the rest of the staff "sucks " in patients needs and care.
The office staff is very lazy including the nurse. Just for a referral letter for CPAP machine takes almost a year. They don't follow up and call you on test result. Terrible service! This is the reason why me and the rest of my family and friends change primary doctor.
She is by far the best!! Office staff has never skipped a beat in patient care! If I can't see Nagubadi her PAs are also just as fantastic!! PS I've been a patient for 7 plus years! Thanks to all of them for providing me with great care!
