I recently visited this establishment and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. One particular employee, a white woman with glasses, was exceptionally rude. She made fun of my pronunciation of a word in English, which I found both humiliating and entirely inappropriate for someone in a customer service role.
