Raphael is the best
I'm not sure why people are dogging so heavily on the maintenance. We never had a problem with them and they have fixed everything in a timely manner. It sounds like they just want to complain about something. We lived there for 4 years. My rating is based off a few things. The way they increase rent. You could rent a more luxurious apartment for the same price. They charge you for smoke alarm batteries, light bulbs, etc. I can understand light bulbs to a certain degree but batteries for the smoke alarm? It's their job, lega... read more
Not a place I'd recommend if you like to have your air/heat working. Maintenance takes forever and hopefully they don't make a bigger problem when "fixing" things.
