I moved in with my husband and three children in March and this has been a trip in hell. They charged us a 550.00 deposit, we paid it, but our apartment still wasnt ready for another three more weeks. When apartment became available they tried to say there was no security deposit on record. We got passed that issue. Msnasty4 is right.. My family went and paid $680 depd and 1st month on the move in date we were told their was a small issue with the electricity and it would be 5 days before it was fixed, we had already turned in our move out date for the previous landlord, we requested our money back and they said because we signed an agreement saying that if we didn't move in on the move in date we would forfeit our depd.But the electricity issue was not our fault, It should have been handled by Sandhurst. I got approved for and apartment in May of 2013 for a 2bedroom apartment.I paid a deposit of 500.00 and paid 575.00 for first month rent. And before i could move in they changed my apartment address 5 times. When i finally got a address and had the lights turned on, they changed my address again.
