I rate this office very poor. They have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this location or office to anyone in need.
I was referred here by Tricare because gynecology on Fort Bragg wasn't able to accommodate me. What a blessing that turned out to be! Dr. Beal has been the first doctor I've seen since being here that has taken a vested interest in my problems and has bent over backwards to try to help me. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2009 and because of that I have very abnormal periods, they're abnormal even for sufferers of PCOS. Was referred to her from tricare, she didn't do procedures that were necessary. She kept giving me the run around, having me do the same things over and over again. Waited hours to see her every time I had an appointment. Very unprofessional!!! Never going back
