New home-their representative visited home -viewed fire box --okayed purchase of log set . After we moved in log set produced to much heat ---low setting was to height -- therefore , could not use fireplace ---after several attempts --owner Jane said would exchange log set ---but never did. have made phone calls to Jane ----calls never returned . log set cost approximately $ 1000. This is not an honorable dealer ---- CAUTION BE CAREFUL IN YOUR DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY . **************

We contacted Mr.********** and made arrangements to exchange/replace his log set at no charge. A new set of logs were installed and Mr.********** is completely satisfied with the resolution and could not be happier with our Staff.
Could not give them less than 1 star. Tried to call many times about our absurd bill. Told not to call about things we did not know anything about and they did not make mistakes. Turns out our gas tank regulator was leaking. So glad we we did not have a fire or serious injury.

We can't say enough good things about Sandhills Propane! We have used them for our company 7 Central Bistro for 5 years and the customer service provided by Vicki and delivery service provided by Phillip have been the BEST!!! The whole Sandhills team is outstanding! Time after time they have come to our rescue and we would not still be in business without them! In this day of 'big box stores' - - - do yourself a Favor and stay small and support Local! Thank you!!! Thank you Sandhills Propane team!
Worst company we've ever dealt with. Couldn't get a delivery to save our lives, and the customer service is the most pathetic of any company I've ever seen.
Called 3 times to have propane delivered, was given 3 delivery dates and yet 3 weeks later, still no propane delivery. No communication from them and no reason given as to why they cannot deliver. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Very poor customer service, they could not keep the delivery date x 3! And never called to say why! I do not recommend this company!
We called Sandhills Propane on December 7, 2018 to have our tank filled. Today is December 29, 2018 and still no service after a follow up call to the company. Can’t believe it should take this long to get your tank filled.
Excellent service at every level!
