We can't say enough good things about Sandhills Propane! We have used them for our company 7 Central Bistro for 5 years and the customer service provided by Vicki and delivery service provided by Phillip have been the BEST!!! The whole Sandhills team is outstanding! Time after time they have come to our rescue and we would not still be in business without them! Worst company we've ever dealt with. Couldn't get a delivery to save our lives, and the customer service is the most pathetic of any company I've ever seen.
Very poor customer service, they could not keep the delivery date x 3! And never called to say why! I do not recommend this company!
We called Sandhills Propane on December 7, 2018 to have our tank filled. Today is December 29, 2018 and still no service after a follow up call to the company. Can’t believe it should take this long to get your tank filled.
Excellent service at every level!
