Dr Park's office is as clean and appealing as any I have been to. First impression is critical. The assistances to Dr Park we very kind and cordial. Dr Park then discussed everything before procedure. It was very comforting. Needless to say, I had very good experience with professionals. I da been seeing Dr Ayers before his retirement. I am in good hands......Tks
Dr. Park and her staff were amazing and have made my experience so very pleasant. Everyone has been so kind and attentive. I can't think of one thing they could have done better!
If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed with this practice. They tell my husband they are sedating him and he was awake through the entire procedure. He told the lady taking his payment that I was going to go get something to eat to which she said no - she has to stay here your ride is not permitted to leave. TOTALLY ILLEGAL - that is like holding someone hostage. He was told it would be about 2 hours for the surgery - he was there for over 4 and a half hours. Dr.Park is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The whole team is so knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. I had some issues with my teeth/gums, which I was very embarrassed about, but Dr.Park treated me with such compassion and did not judge at all. She was realistic with what I needed to have done and she took her time explaining everything to me. I had my issues taken care of and now my mouth feels SO much better. My pre-surgery, surgery, and post surgical visits were met with skilled, professional, and caring staff, a spotless office, timely appointments, procedures fully explained, and medical follow-through.
