This place is a SCAM !!!! I was quoted for my full mouth top & bottom for gum recession. Paid in full $7,065.15. Only did the bottom portion bc I didn’t have enough gum tissue, which was taken from the roof of my mouth! I come back 6 months later to get my top gums repaired & they want more money & say the check was only for my bottom surgery. Yet I have the payment quoted on paper for visit one ( bottom gums) & visit two ( top gums). DON’T trust these people!!!!! They will hear from my lawyer!!!!
Dr. Parks was professional and kind on my first visit to this newest Columbia Periodontal office in Columbia. I learned so much from my hygienist Erica. If you're laughing while learning, that's a good dental visit.
Very nice place, clean facilities and friendly staff!!! Location note: The office is quite tucked back from the road so it’s easy to miss.
The staff here is on top of their game. They will take as much time as it takes to get your history, and to understand what you’re going through. I am a coward when it comes to needles and they hold my hand!
The doctors and staff here are truly amazing!! Today was my first visit here, and I was a bit nervous with what I’m having done, but every single person I talked to here were very professional and kind! I would recommend this office to anyone in the area, and they’re also very accommodating!
