On 2013, I started seeing Dr.McFarland because at 4 months old, my baby was failure to thrive, and her first pediatrician dismissed it. I was nursing and my baby had a severe tongue tie. I was concerned because she was choking a lot, and I was told she would grow out of it. She didn't. When I took my baby to get her 9mo immunizations , the power went out on the building. Dr. Brock has been wonderful so I have zero complaints about him. However, in December I took my son to see a NP there and they tested him for the flu and Covid. That visit was $696- this is not an exaggeration. After insurance, I owed over $340. I called and spoke to the billing office and even emailed to see how I could appeal this since it’s inflated and over-billing but was told that is the correct price for a visit with a NP, flu test, and Covid test. MD Jonathan WC Brock bestest ever pediatrician. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful pediatric doctor. Kind, attentive, and truly caring. My child felt comfortable, and all our concerns were addressed patiently. Highly recommend.
