Dr. Brock has been wonderful so I have zero complaints about him. However, in December I took my son to see a NP there and they tested him for the flu and Covid. That visit was $696- this is not an exaggeration. After insurance, I owed over $340. I called and spoke to the billing office and even emailed to see how I could appeal this since it’s inflated and over-billing but was told that is the correct price for a visit with a NP, flu test, and Covid test. MD Jonathan WC Brock bestest ever pediatrician. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful pediatric doctor. Kind, attentive, and truly caring. My child felt comfortable, and all our concerns were addressed patiently. Highly recommend.

While the provider is good, waiting up to 2 hours past your scheduled apt..every time...with a baby....is not reasonable, especially when you dont even extend the courtesy to check in and say hey we apologize for the delay, we haven't forgotten you etc..parents time is valuable to
