We loved how thoughtful and caring the staff is. They really help a somewhat nerve racking experience, go really smoothly and fun. My son loves their rewards program where he earns points towards gift cards. He is getting phase 1 braces and is more excited than anxious and I attribute that to how well the staff prepared him and kept him reassured. Bravo!

The customer service is exceptional as well as the care you received! My oldest son was a patient and it’s time for my youngest son. I highly recommend this practice for your orthodontic needs!
Erin was awesome. Dr. McConville was cool as well.They were very Helpful and went above and beyond answering all of my daughter and I’s questions. Super friendly and positive. Got us in for a new appointment the same week. Very thorough in explaining entire 24 month process. Scheduled braces appointment very quickly. Just a very good place to go. I will definitely refer them to all of my friends!
