Nick, the tech who came to bail us out is a very well adjusted, confident professional. He was here in the time slot agreed upon, fixed the issue and we are happy with the price.
Wow! I cannot thank Jerry and Nick enough for their work. Our furnace stopped working and another company tried to tell us we needed a new unit (quoted us $25,000). We called Sandhills for a second opinion and they were out right away and got our furnace up and running in a few hours without replacement. With sub-zero low temps predicted at the end of the coming weekend, I was somewhat alarmed when our furnace malfunctioned and would not circulate the heat.
