My mom had a over the phone therapy session and when she was try to pay for the copay over the phone and they were having problems accepting her card which has money and works and since it was close to closing time they just told her to come tomorrow morning and hung up. I got a therapist for about two months here. Since then I’ve been asking for appointments from them. Which they have made me sit in a telehealth call for over 30 minutes just for them to tell me my therapist is busy with another patient. Same with doctors. I don’t even go often unless I know something is really wrong yet they’ve canceled 90% of ALL my appointments. I have NEVER felt heard as a patient here. I absolutely love Mrs Gainy when my husband passed away she was there when I thought there was no help with my addiction she was there im forever grateful for her and her staff love my docs and therapist they never let me down or gave up on me....love you all
I waited a very long time to leave a review. The worst mistake I ever made was seeking help following a traumatic incident. What I found is that the only thing there seems to be no issue with is billing insurance to get paid. I spent months here waiting on what I thought would be conversation and solutions regarding why I was actually there. Not once. Drugs was what got discussed and in drug addict terms.
