I had delivered 2018 full tank of gas...I have not used the gas bc my logs are broken...so I now have 20% how can that be...explain to the lady and she said I don't know...if I come out there will be a charge...i did purchase a remote for my logs.....if she looked at my account she would see I have been a customer a long time....what happen to customer service....after this 20% is gone I will call them to pick up tank and i will be going somewhere else.....
Jane, the owner, and a Brian, service tech, did a great job repairing our 20 yr old system after another company said it had to be replaced.
Had a new ventless gas fireplace installed. Fast and easy. Good service and a great price. Highly recommend them.
Great selection of gas logs on display! We stopped in and bought a fireplace and gas logs today. The owner Jane was very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect product for our home. They were able to run all the gas lines and set the tank as well. They deliver the propane gas also.....one stop shop for everything!
If I could post a "ZERO" FOR THIS ACCOUNT I WOULD. I HAVE DEALT WITH BUSINESSES BEFORE BUT FOLKS TRUST ME "PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS". NO SATISFACTORY PHONE CALLS NO FOLLOW UP SERVICE NO ETC PERIOD. ONLY THING THAT WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT WAS THEIR BILLING.
