Waiting for the refund check since November 2015! Every time I call their billing department, there is a different story about the refund process, the first time I was told it is 60 business days of waiting, then that they only cut the refund checks in the very last day of the month, now there is yet another fairytale that nobody really knows when the physician will actually sign the check, so I need to wait again and it's $540 I am waiting for.
