We hired Sanderson roofing to replace a top roof along with replacing a smaller first floor roof under a second floor balcony. It was not highlighted that they would destroy the balcony and not replace it While it is true that buried in the quote there is mention of removing boards and railings, it is something that is easily missed. My wife (who reads lots of contracts), myself and our property manager all missed it.
