Avoid this company at all costs. They sold a year ago and the new owner is running the place into the ground. Dropped off my mower for a service. Was told 2 weeks. I called, emailed and chased them for 4 weeks for an update. Turned up one day and an employee was there on his first day alone. He didn’t know how to use the computer system and couldn’t even tell me if it had been serviced still. I took it back off the floor and got it serviced elsewhere. Drop OFF my lawnmower, the guy told me two weeks it’ll be ready went there on the third week to find out the shop was cleared out, he stole my lawnmower and my deposit. Pissed off😡
Broken business save yourself the trouble go elsewhere
Very poor experience. Dropped off edger, used to start first time, now won’t after friend used. Explained it’s old and want phone call first to avoid spending more than it’s worth. Paid $45 for inspection. No call, just text 4 weeks later to pick up and pay another $150. Disappointed at lack of comms. Went down, still wouldn’t start after 20 pulls by guy at desk.
