Very poor experience. Dropped off edger, used to start first time, now won’t after friend used. Explained it’s old and want phone call first to avoid spending more than it’s worth. Paid $45 for inspection. No call, just text 4 weeks later to pick up and pay another $150. Disappointed at lack of comms. Went down, still wouldn’t start after 20 pulls by guy at desk. Made an enquiry re Echo line trimmer re availability and price was promised that a sales person would return my call "shortly" Waited for hours no return call . Poor service.

Unable to repair Ego mower, they had it for 3 months and only made excuses instead of repairs. Unfortunately this review is not relating to workmanship but management and non-existent communication. Ego advised me to take my mower to Sanderson Engineering for repairs another shop previously completed under warranty within 2 weeks. I dropped off my mower in June and provided information from Ego to Sanderson regarding the fault and parts required. Sanderson advised they would be able to repair.
