We absolutely love our new Sanderson Bay home. When building a custom home it can be both stressful and challenging when you are not living in the same state and especially if you’re doing this for the very first time. We LOVE our new Biscayne!!! Building a custom home can be very challenging and stressful, especially when you're 3,000 miles away. But from the start Chuck Sanders calmed our fears. He explained the building process and the fact that we had to make several trips down to pick out products from suppliers, etc. For the most part, everything went as planned. While the build process took a little longer than we would’ve liked due to post covid, supply chain and labor issues, Chuck still managed to create a wonderful, custom built home for us. We are very happy. And service after the closing has been exceptional. Highly recommend.
Let me start by explaining the four star rating. We began the process of building our home in 2020 when Covid-19 was peaking. Chuck (President of Sanderson Bay Fine Homes) and his associates did their best to work through these tough times. For us, it meant that our home took nearly a year longer than expected to be completed.
