We built our home in 2020 with Sanderson Bay. We were having our windows professionally cleaned when the company noticed one of our windows had an argon gas leak. We contacted Chuck who was quick to reach out to the window company who installed our windows. Within a couple of months, the new window was replaced. No issues or pushback from Chuck. Even after 5 years, Chuck was so quick to help us fix an issue. Stand up company. We would build with Chuck again, no hesitation.
We have been very pleased with our home built by Sanderson Bay. Even after taking ownership four years ago, Chuck has continued to be there for us if I have questions or need help!
We absolutely love our new Sanderson Bay home. When building a custom home it can be both stressful and challenging when you are not living in the same state and especially if you’re doing this for the very first time. We LOVE our new Biscayne!!! Building a custom home can be very challenging and stressful, especially when you're 3,000 miles away. But from the start Chuck Sanders calmed our fears. He explained the building process and the fact that we had to make several trips down to pick out products from suppliers, etc. For the most part, everything went as planned. While the build process took a little longer than we would’ve liked due to post covid, supply chain and labor issues, Chuck still managed to create a wonderful, custom built home for us. We are very happy. And service after the closing has been exceptional. Highly recommend.
