I had my trailblazer towed in by T&W for a no start issue, that turned out to be a bad battery, even though the battery was newer. The technician did a thorough job of checking my vehicle out. And they got it in within a few days of being dropped off. While another shop wouldn't be able to look at it for two weeks.
I can safely say I will never go back to this place ever again! I can no longer trust them. I called around to several local businesses to get prices for 2 tires. I said I was looking for tires on the cheaper side. They called me back a short while later with a quote for $250 per tire. They told me that that was the cheapest tire they could find! I called in advance and was assured that the shop was fully capable of handling electronic issues on my granddaughter’s Subaru. A week after bringing the vehicle in I stopped and learned they did not have the software to diagnose. Very disappointing and poor communication.
