RecommendedI have rented a townhouse from the Sandersons Realty for 1 1/2 years, air filters changed frequently, spray for bugs on a regular basis, And I never have seen a bug of any type in my home. If something is wrong, they come right away to fix it. A bad storm came through and knocked down the privacy fences all around. and blown off shingles from the roofs. We rented a home for a year. Because of poor credit we were required to do a double deposit. While living there we had constant heat/air problems. At one point one of the toilets had a problem. After contacting over a month we finally had to fix ourselves so we could use it. When we moved out we barely got any deposit back; we were charged for yard trash pick-up (NOTHING when we moved out), charged for screens (that we put on walk through when moved in as missing and broken), a big old door (also broken when we moved in).
