I’d say what a wonderful group of people that are employed to this establishment.
The fat guy with glasses was rude disrespectful and very unhelpful, I would strongly advise people to find another supplier
Can’t fix your own equipment here they don’t want the general public’s business. “The state of Arkansas requires proper HVAC license to be paid to work on someone’s equipment aka no joe from down the road can work on your home. If you’re worried about injuries have people sign a waiver negating liability but stop trying to tell adults they can’t work on their home and instead have to pay hundreds or thousands extra to go through a HVAC company I’m just trying to make my home warm for my 4 month old.” Glad your business model... read more
Wanted to do business with them. I asked for an itemized quote to show what I was getting and costs All Sanders was willing to do was list “Parts-$cost” I asked several times. I felt like it was reasonable to have list of what they intended to do for that lump sum quoted Finally owner contacted me to say his tech told him there were valves, pipe, no mention of cut offs, insulation No description of work to be done.
