Phillip was put out when I called to tell him I was going to show up at 4:27. Told him I got caught in some traffic. He said he was heading out at 4:30 and sounded a little frustrated. Poor customer service
Horrible customer service. Worst company to deliver too. Forklift driver unclear about basic practices of unloading deliveries. Would not recommend to do business with.
Go see these guys if you need HVAC or filters! I buy my filters for the year by the box here!
