Disappointed in this company. They took significant amounts from my deposit back on a house that was terrible and ridden with mold, holes in doors, and overall falling apart. My girlfriend and I worked very hard to clean the place and make sure it was spotless before we moved out. They took $250.00 for "junk removal" from my deposit. Before I moved out, I hired a junk removal company who filled a HUGE TRUCK to the top and charged me $250.00. I rented via Sanders. They're so attentive and take care of any issues I run into very quickly- even when they're my fault! They also have automatic billing, a necessary convenience. I'm very happy. Highly recommend.
When a tenant moves out and leaves personal items, yard fully overgrown and the house dirty, why should we or the owner have to pay to remedy? We respond to all maintenance requests in a very timely manor and are available 24/7. We are a small, family owned company who give our lives to our job.
