Overall very impressed with the quality of the actual butchering services. Meat is great and we’re grateful to support local kiddos on their FFA projects! I will say I was not so impressed with the front desk/ administrative desk. They were snippy when I asked a clarifying question (my first time purchasing a hog this way) and it ended up that they didn’t communicate to the other buyer we went in with, that the hog was ready, but reassured me on the phone they would contact her with any information regarding her purchase. So far the best place to go in the valley for meat
Dropped off 2 wild hogs. When I got the meat only got 76lbs back out of to adult hogs.
Great selection of meats. Good service.
