Dr. Sanders was a complete jerk when I took my 2 year old in for a hydrocele. He was rude, sarcastic, demeaning, and hard a hard time listening to what I was trying to tell him. He actually told me “you would have to give me more for me to actually buy that“. I tried to communicate the growth and changes we have seen but he had no interest in listening. He only wanted to lecture me on “elective procedures”. I can’t even express how offensive he was. Worst experience ever!

Dr Sanders is a very good doctor; the best, but communications with his office is very poor. Five days after my surgical procedure (mid March) I had to go to Providence ER Sunday AM. I was told to call my doctor on Monday. I called twice on Monday and twice on Tuesday and my call was never returned. Today (4-20) I got a voice message to call urology. I waited 20 minutes for nurse to answer. I was told I needed to see another doctor and she would set it up and call me right back. I have never received the call. I will try aga... read more
Dr. Sanders has been administering testosterone shots to my 88 year old father since 2014. My mother has been in Memory Care due to Alzheimer’s/dementia while he lives in Assisted Living. This is grossly unethical as Dad’s testosterone level has been noted to be between 600 and 1200. It is apparent that Dr. Sanders and his staff do this every 2 weeks for the the money and not for the good, physically or mentally, of the patient. It is a travesty as it has affected his mental state.
Dr. Sanders has a very patient side manner. He takes the time to explain options and alternatives. I felt very comfortable with him.

Anxiously awaiting test results but every call to the office, "I'll have the nurse call you". Of course she doesn't and I have to call again...and again...and again. A simple test is delayed 4 DAYS now with "the doctor didnt get to it today" excuse and subsequent no calls
