I have used Sanders Home Services for plumbing and electrical work in my home for years. I have always been satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship. Most recently, I received service from Randy Kenny for my hot water heater pilot light. Randy not only re-ignited the pilot light and checked the system, he also spent time explaining the re-ignition process and maintenance so that I can do it in the future. The sewer line had backed up a couple times. After contacting some other companies, Randy K. promptly arrived the next morning to diagnose the issue with a video examination from the first floor bathroom to the street. I needed a cleanout tee installed at the street curb and jet cleanout of the entire line to remove scale and corrosion from the iron pipe. Randy K was great. He was courteous explained everything he was doing and got the job done no problem whatsoever. Just want to say thank you very much for all your help, and I hope we never have anymore problems again but if we do we will definitely continue to use Sanders Home Services. Thank you !!
I have been mostly satisfied with the employees from Sanders, but I think they are TOO expensive. I have had a couple of issues, but a manager at Sanders has resolved the problem. For example, it cost $237 to install new bolts and flapper in toilet tank. Also, it cost $187 to install Moen Posi Temp cartridge in bathtub faucet and I supplied the part. TOO EXPENSIVE!! I would give the company 4 stars, but their charges caused me to give them 3 stars.
