Update: The solution to our filter box problem and excessive dust was NOT straight forward but Preston created a "fix" and went the extra, extra mile to secure the filtering at the unit and solve the problem. He was very committed to fixing it this time although I had mentioned house duct issue before and were using high filtration filters. He is genuinely sincere in his determination to give the best customer quality service possible and checks and rechecks to be sure everything is done properly, We are breathing easy now!
