I had a maintenance appointment set up yesterday, but received a call to tell me that the technician was taking longer on a previous job and would not be at my home on time. Due to an upcoming appointment we rescheduled for today. The technician in charge of today’s maintenance was David Zwan. He was very professional and very thorough. Robert Rubio came out to my mother's home as we needed a 2nd opinion regarding if repairs or replacement of the entire unit were needed.
