Mike wasn’t unfriendly, but he did not present all options upfront. I was a little baffled his tactics: He upsold a maintenance program as he harped on how expensive my issue would potentially be. I went with the option as he noted on top of the fee to come out, I would be looking at 165/lb for Freon, in addition to any testing that would be needed. -upon coming to my home and spending some time at the unit and in the attic, he noted there’s definitely a leak.
