Since I have a maintenance contract with Sanders so Harvey and Ricky came out 2 weeks ago to access my A/C , needed a blower motor and squirrel cage. PS, it had to be ordered. Harvey recommended I can and get loaner window units until job was completed. Perfect recommendatio because we were in a it feels like 100-degrees week. Harvey & Ricky, the techs, called before coming the 2nd time, rhis time with the parts, arriving on time. Robert was able to diagnose the T5 sensor that was failing quickly and will be back in a few days to complete the repair . Robert replaced T5 sensed which was chewed by mice... they also destroyed the T3 sensor... he was kind enough to drive to Greenville to pick up the only T3 sensor available within a couple hundred miles . He returned , installed the T3 sensor and restarted the unit and checked all the readings...system is running and cooling down a very hot room. Thank you !
