Purchasing process was excellent. I was extremely disappointed to find out while the car was mid delivery to me that it only came with one key fab. No one mentioned that to me before I paid for delivery. I reached out and requested an additional key fab as this is absolutely necessary and was told due to them giving me a good deal on the vehicle that they wouldn’t provide another. Great service they worked on my parents truck when it blew out the water pump. They were able to work them into the schedule so they didnt have to wait 2 weeks since they were down here visiting. Great people.
I wanted to give a shout out to Debbie of the service department! I came in yesterday for service. She's been taking care of me and my RV vehicle for several years. She's knowledgeable, friendly, quick to follow-up, and I can count on her. Debbie is why I won't go anywhere else!
So I had previously left and not so great review but I am glad I was able to continue using them for my service. I had my car serviced yesterday before a trip and today the check engine light came on. Told me to bring it straight down to see if it was an easy fix Knowing I had a trip planned for this afternoon. Sometimes it appears to give people the benefit of the doubt
