Absolutely terrible service from individuals clearly unfit and unqualified to work in the automotive industry. Our invoice from the "work" that was done was a joke that looks like it was typed out by a grade-schooler. I implore anyone needing automotive assistance to keep on searching.
George Lanvermeier was awesome! He not only sold my husband and I a vehicle but our daughter one too! It was a Ford kind of day. Bought my 2019 F-150 one year ago from Sanders Ford in Swansboro NC. They have a first class sales team that followed through on all my questions. More important to me is their excellent service department. From the service writers to the technicians they take pride in doing an exceptional job. When the “check engine” light illuminated on the instrument panel of our Ford Ranger, I immediately drove to Sanders Ford to have it checked out. Our 12 year old Ranger needed a new coil. Even without a scheduled service appointment, we were back in action by first thing the following morning. Great service and customer care by a highly trusted dealership.
