RecommendedGreat experience purchasing my 2020 Explorer Platinum. Very little haggling to get the price I was looking for. My sales person Steve Delong could not have more knowledgeable or easy to deal with. He found the vehicle I wanted at another dealer while we were in his office and had it delivered the next day. This was my first experience with Sanders Ford but I would not have a second thought about dealing with them again.

My wife bought her 2018 Ford Explorer from Raleigh ford dealership. When we called for some tire issues they were rude and never returned any phone call. We went into Jacksonville ford and spoke with Jeff Daughtry from service, he was amazing. Great communication and definitely had our best interest. I definitely recommend asking for him whenever taking your car in for any service.
