Honestly, coming here is such a waste, we make an appointment and show up on time but yet we wait in the room for 35 mins after the schedule appt. It was already frustrating but yet you hear the staff outside laughing and joking around. I understand that it’s great to have fun at work but we are frustrated and with a sick child waiting, it’s makes it even harder. It appears my negative experience is the same as everyone else's. I was a patient of Dr. Richard Pervos for years, he provided great care, no issues whatsoever. As I eventually got older, he informed my parents it was no trouble to keep seeing me; many patients of his stayed with him into their teens. All fine and good. Came here to leave very similar review as others. Doctors are excellent. Front staff is not. rude and act like they don’t want to be of service. Asking questions makes you feel like a problem. I don’t need to feel as though I’m being a burden to someone when I’m actually the paying customer.

I’ve had consistently positive experiences with the doctors at this practice — they are truly wonderful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff. I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful group. Rather than supporting patients, they often seem more interested in saying no, speaking condescendingly, and making people feel unwelcome or even foolish.
