Front desk staff at the Buffalo grove location is as useless as a rock. She is very rude, lazy and unhelpful. It's very hard to even establish care for new patients. They give you the run-around and make you wait for weeks waiting around for paper work to go through and tells you in the end there's nothing they can do and that it's your responsibility. Stay away from this place.
