THEY LOOSE YOUR CLOTHES. First time there, went in with 3 pants for alterations. She lost one and made me wait a month to get reimbursed and only paid half of what it's worth. She Said since the item was so thin she gave it to someone else.The other alteration was sewed on backward and had the nerve to try to say its my fault, she couldn't tell the difference of inside out and said I should have been more specific.
