The staff here is VERY knowledgeable. My care looked fantastic after my repair, and the service person explained every step of the repair. This was after the receptionist explained how to request the repair through my insurance. They are amazing.
I've used Sanders multiple times for all our family vehicles. Customer service reps are always responsive and friendly, techs are always on-time (within the alotted time), very professional and informative. Definitely would recommend.
Called to see if I could get an estimate for a window repair. The young lady on the phone couldn't be bothered and informed me that they were busy. I attempted to ask if there was another company that they could recommend since they we not interested in my business and she abruptly hung up on me. Maybe this is an isolated incident as the reviews are all great but with the non-customer service I just received, I cant imagine them staying too busy to care about future work.
