Ashlee one of the nurses is very thorough in her care for the dressing and connection of catheter to the dialysis machine. The dialysis techs seem knowledgeable and constantly training each other and always checks with nurses if unsure of a procedure. Booker (nurse manager) seems to keep all employees upto date in their training and his bedside manner is superb.
