This is an awful crooked company and if your mortgage company uses them you should quickly get your money and remove yourself. Matt Sanderfer does not do a good job and compared our home to houses sold in other counties. We had another appraisal done that came back 100,000 more and even the county tax office questioned this appraisal. He and this company should be ashamed of themselves for being so unprofessional and stealing money from people.
