Two weeks ago they replaced a roof across the street from my house and smashed my mailbox. I called, got a machine, and left a polite message asking that someone return my call to get the issue resolved. I didn't want a $400 mailbox. I wanted them to pay me the $50 it cost to have the mailbox replaced. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't had the courtesy to return my call. It's a lousy business practice so it's safe to assume it's a lousy business.
