They made an appointment with me for a work related physical at 2:00pm. At 3:00pm when i informed them they had 10 minutes to see me they told me they were not sure why i was scheduled for 2:00pm since they are on lunch break from 1:00pm-3:00pm...I didn't really know what to say to that. Once they got me in, the appointment went fine from there.
