Spoke to Rachel, in regards to some concerns I had with some previous dental work done. Rachel scheduled me with Dr Sandefer to speak about my concerns, went in for my appointment today and had the best experience. Dr. Sandefer and Dr. Do took very good care of me. Treated me with compassion, and with care despite me expressing my deep concerns. ALLLLL ABOUT THE MONEY. Was told I needed route canals and when I said I’ve had multiple people confirm that they don’t help ANYTHING, the DENTISTS AGREED yet STILL WANTED TO DO ROUTE CANALS. Why would you do a procedure that you JUST ADMITTED WILL NOT HELP? Simply for money. Then the young male dentist refused to do restorative work on my teeth because IN HIS OPINION, he said he didn’t think I’d take care of my teeth. YET EVEN IF I DIDNT.
