My sister went in this morning behind an abscess tooth in the back which she’s been in pain behind for over a week now. Needless to say she left in TEARS because of the way she was treated today in this office. They criticized her the whole time making ugly comments behind her other teeth and she still never found out what was wrong with the tooth she went in there for. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Do and his amazing assistant Paige. From the moment I reached out, they moved quickly to get me in and took care of my dental emergency within hours. Spoke to Rachel, in regards to some concerns I had with some previous dental work done. Rachel scheduled me with Dr Sandefer to speak about my concerns, went in for my appointment today and had the best experience. Dr. Sandefer and Dr. Do took very good care of me. Treated me with compassion, and with care despite me expressing my deep concerns.
