I have been to both locations and I will say Dr. Patel is always helpful and very respectful, also Ally at the front desk is also super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the nurse Emily is neither, the last time I spoke with her was late December and she was supposed to call me in the first week of January but that never happened, To this day, Feb 9 2026 I have still not spoken to her, I call, wait, leave messages and I still can not get a hold of her, I was trying to schedule a procedure but she made this not possible. Patel is one of the best foot doctor and explains everything so that I could understand. Staff is friendly and a lot of help with any issues.
Excellent facility great crew personal doctor highly recommended
Office was clean and staff very friendly and appointment was right on time. Doctor went over my chart with me and clearly explained the treatment he thought I needed. The doctor took time to check my foot ware and explained telltail signs to watch for that my shoes should be replaced. My first visit and I’ll be back.
